Overview
Accounts Administrator (10 hrs per week)
Responsibilities
- Processing Invoices on Sage accounts system
- Data inputting onto spreadsheets
- Chasing payments and sending out statements
- Paying suppliers, checking statements / queries, inputting invoices and issuing remittances
- Dealing with finance queries by email / telephone
- Updating customer activity logs / small amount of admin for sales team
- General accounting procedures where required and any other admin duties required as & when (varied)
Requirements
Accuracy is a MUST with strong attention to detail and good numerical skillsExperience of Sage 50 or similarExcel experienceExperience of purchase and sales ledgerExperience in a similar role preferredMust be reliableBenefits

Hours of work : Tues & Thurs 9.30am to 2.30pm
Pay £12.21 per hour
