SEND Teaching Assistant

Job Description :

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join a specialist setting in Wandsworth. This role involves supporting pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), including providing personal care.

The Successful Candidate Will :

Have prior experience working with children or young people with SEND, particularly PMLD

Be confident supporting personal care needs with sensitivity and respect

Show patience, resilience, and a caring nature in supporting pupils holistic development

Work effectively as part of a team, following individual learning and care plans

Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
