Sourcing and approaching high-calibre candidates

Writing and posting job adverts

Screening CVs and conducting interviews

Coordinating the interview process and managing offers

Building strong client and candidate relationships

Working towards targets and earning commission

What Were Looking For

Strong communication and people skills

Ambition, resilience, and motivation to succeed

Degree preferred but not essential

Previous sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage

Whats on Offer

£27,000 basic salary with uncapped commission

Year 1 OTE : £38,000£48,000

Year 2 OTE : £45,000£70,000

Year 3 OTE : £70,000£100,000+
