The Role :

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, youll use your sales experience to build strong relationships, win new business, and place top tech talent into exciting roles. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where your hard work directly impacts your success.

Day-to-day responsibilities :

Proactively sourcing and headhunting candidates in the tech sector

Writing job adverts and managing applications

Screening CVs and interviewing candidates

Developing new business through client outreach and relationship building

Managing the recruitment process from start to finish

Hitting targets and earning commission on every deal closed
