Home-based | Permanent | Surrey, Oxfordshire & Buckinghamshire

£45-65k plus car / car allowance

We are seeking an experienced Loss Adjuster to manage large and complex commercial and residential property claims . This is a home-based role with regional travel and ideally you will be located in or around the Surrey, Oxfordshire or Buckinghamshire areas.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team, handling a varied portfolio of commercial and residential property claims while shaping the future direction of the business.

Key Responsibilities :

• Investigate, assess, and negotiate settlement of major & high-value claims from initial instruction (typically £50k 200k).
• Work independently while delivering clear reports & professional advice to policyholders / insurers.
• Coordinate with contracts managers / contractors, assess reinstatement works & monitor progress.
• Manage claims ensuring fairly and timely resolution.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
