Director of Investor Relations

Our client is a FTSE-listed company specializing in technology. They are seeking to strengthen their Investor Relations (IR) function to support business growth. The company's headquarters are in London, with additional offices in Europe and North America.

The IR Director will be responsible for managing all internal IR activities, including stakeholder engagement and communication with the c-suite. They will also externally host and coordinate investor days and liaise with investor groups. Experience with North American market trends and investor sentiment would be advantageous but is not essential.
