Profile :

Experience in either banking, private credit, or private equity.

Experience in fundraising / investor relations within private markets.

Strong quantitative, financial modelling, analytical skills.

Experience in real estate backed structured products.

Degree educated.Information on the role :

To build & manage relations with clients, investors, and other stakeholders

Lead fundraising efforts across current and future real estate funds / deals, with a focus on HNW and institutional investors.

To play an integral role and input in to the strategic development of the fundraising platform, including new product initiatives and geographical expansion.

Lead a small team by example, create and present compelling pitch materials, investment memorandums, and financial models to support client engagements and business development efforts.

Collaborate with legal, finance and compliance teams to ensure smooth execution of fundraising processes.The firm have been established for a number of years, have a strong track record, and continue to evolve and move with the times.
