Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or CLC 3 years+ PQE

This is an excellent opportunity for a

• qualified
• experienced
• Conveyancer to take on a busy existing caseload with a law firm which is fully established in its area.

With a good level of support, you will have your own diverse caseload of Conveyancing matters including sale, purchases of freehold and leasehold properties as well as dealing with New Builds, Shared ownership, transfer of equity, Equity release and Remortgage files.

• Responsibilities
• Conduct negotiations on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms in property transactions.
• Prepare and review legal documents related to residential conveyancing, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and manage case files using computer systems.
• Provide expert legal advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
• Collaborate with other professionals, such as estate agents and mortgage lenders, to facilitate smooth transactions.

You will be familiar with a Case Management system, be computer literate and able to use Microsoft applications.

• You will be a Solicitor or licensed conveyancer will be least 3 years PQE handling your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing files.
• You will have a strong technical knowledge across a wide range of conveyancing matters.
• You will be a good communicator and able to give our clients the personable service they are accustomed to.

The firm offers a competitive salary of £52,000-£55,000 Pro Rate DOE and has a genuinely friendly, family feel and a collaborative working environment which involves

Salary within range stated will be dependant on Experience and Qualification.

Part Time applicants with hours / days chosen by the candidate.
