Job descriptionTaking instructions from clients and providing clear, accurate advice Drafting and reviewing legal documentation Liaising with clients, third parties, and other professionals both in writing and verbally Ensuring files are compliant with LEXCEL and regulatory standards Preparing accounts and ensuring matters are billed promptly Assisting with business development and marketing initiatives A qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Fee Earner with solid experience in residential property Self-motivated with excellent time management and organisational skills Able to work independently and manage a busy caseload Confident in client-facing situations and comfortable liaising with a variety of stakeholders Interested in contributing to the growth and development of the department Competitive salary package Supportive working environment with a family-feel culture Genuine career progression opportunities, with a clear pathway to management / director level for ambitious individuals
The Role
You will manage a broad caseload of residential property matters, including :
- Sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Remortgages
