Scheduler / Administrator

Southport | Monday to Friday, 8 : 30am – 5 : 00pm | Full-time, Permanent

Blakewater Recruitment are working with a well-established Fire & Security company based in Southport who are looking to recruit a Scheduler / Administrator to join their friendly team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Schedule jobs for engineers and manage diaries
  • Handle incoming calls and emails from customers and engineers
  • Enter and update data on company databases
  • Provide customer service and general office support
  • Assist with wider administration tasks as required

Skills & Experience (Essential)

  • Previous experience in scheduling or planning work
  • Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work as part of a small team
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • What’s on Offer

  • Full-time, permanent role in a supportive office environment
  • Monday to Friday, 8 : 30am – 5 : 00pm (no evenings or weekends)
  • Starting Salary £25,396.80
