- Base salary of circa £100,000 per annum.
- Up to 20% annual bonus

Key Responsibilities
Own and deliver the commercial strategy across all channels (Amazon, DTC, retail).Develop and manage strategic retail partnerships, driving listings and national distribution.Scale Amazon and DTC revenue through data-driven performance management, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.Lead and mentor the commercial team, setting clear KPIs and fostering a high-performance culture.Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance to ensure commercial priorities align with business goals.Report directly to the founders, contributing to the long-term growth strategy and investment planning.Candidate Profile
Proven experience in a senior commercial leadership role within a high-growth FMCG business.Strong multi-channel expertise, with hands-on experience in Amazon, DTC, and mass retail.Track record of driving double-digit growth and successfully scaling consumer brands.Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to build long-term partnerships.Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.How to Apply
