The Role

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will provide vital support across both residential and commercial property transactions.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Opening new files and managing client onboarding (letters of engagement, ID and conflict checks)
• Reviewing leases and preparing reports
• Conducting Land Registry downloads and relevant searches (priority, bankruptcy, etc.)
• Preparing first-draft legal documents for review
• Handling Land Registry and SDLT applications
• Liaising with solicitors, clients, and third parties to ensure smooth transactions
