Please note this role is 40hours per week.
How will you make an impact?
Managing inbound bookings, updates, and issue resolution
Allocating and tracking operational tasks in our Warehouse Management System
Investigating, resolving, and escalating operational issues
Maintaining accurate system records at the end of each day
Coordinating with customer service to meet ecommerce deadlines
Providing operational data, reports, and administrative support
Configuring, testing, and enhancing warehouse systems
Driving process improvements and supporting warehouse and transport operations
You'll fit right in if...
You have experience in operational or administrative support (e-commerce preferred)
Youre confident using data, reports, and warehouse management systems (Manhattan ideal)
Youre skilled with Microsoft Office
You stay organised, proactive, and adaptable to shifting priorities
You communicate well, work collaboratively, and solve problems effectively
Youre flexible with varied shifts, including some weekends
