About the Role

We are seeking compassionate, reliable and dedicated support workers to join a small, dynamic care team assisting a vibrant young man in his early 30s with cerebral palsy. He is full of energy, loves being active in the community and thrives with the right support.

You will work on a 2 : 1 basis, delivering tailored, person-centred care in his home and out in the community.

Your Key Responsibilities :

Training & Support

We provide fully paid, high-quality training to CQC standards, including :

All training must be completed prior to start date and is paid at £15.00 per hour
