AbouttheRole :

Afantasticopportunityhasarisenforan ImportClerk tojoinawell-establishedcompanywithinthe freightforwarding industry,specialisinginpetshipping.Thisisa 12-monthfixed-termcontract wherethesuccessfulcandidatewillberesponsibleformanaging AirImports fromstarttofinish.

Theidealcandidatewillhaveexperienceinairfreightoperations,strongorganisationalskills,andagenuinepassionforanimals.Theroleinvolvesliaisingwithcustomers,handlingdocumentation,managingcustomsclearances,andensuringthatallshipmentsareprocessedefficiently.

KeyResponsibilities :

ManagingAirImports : Overseethefullprocessofinboundaircargoshipments,ensuringeverythingiscompletedaccuratelyandontime.
Customer&SupplierInteraction : Actasapointofcontactforbothcustomersandsuppliers,providingupdatesandresolvinganyoperationalqueries.
CustomsEntries : Completeandmanageallnecessarycustomsdocumentation,ensuringcompliancewithcurrentregulations.
Invoicing&Costing : Responsibleforgeneratingquotes,managingthecostingprocess,andensuringinvoicesareaccuratelyprocessed.
DeliveryCoordination : Organiseandcoordinatethetimelydeliveryofgoodstocustomers.
