Sea Freight Exports Clerk

Our client is a global freight forwarding and Logistics company specialising in air freight, sea freight, road freight and contract logistics.

We are now recruiting for a

Sea Freight Exports Coordinator based in Wythenshawe

Key responsibilities

Coordinate and manage ocean export shipments

Liaise with customers, suppliers, and carriers to arrange shipping schedules, negotiate rates, and handle all necessary documentation.

Prepare and process shipping and customs documentation using Cargowise and ASM Sequoia

Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and trade compliance policies.

Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to customers and stakeholders on the status of their cargo.

Manage multiple shipments simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.

Experience needed

Experience of working within Ocean freight forwarding exports

Knowledge of export procedures

Customs regulations including national and international shipping documentation.

You will have the ability to effectively build excellent working relationships and show the ability to interact professionally with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.

Salary and Benefits
