Executive Assistant

This business is a global leader in the retail sphere with a strong legacy and multiple well-known brands under their name. With operations throughout Europe, North & Central America, and Asia, they have had a vacancy arise for an Executive Assistant to join their London HQ (West End) to support their General Counsel on a permanent contract. This role is 5 days per week in the office (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm).

Your new role

As the Executive Assistant to the General Counsel, this role will involve (but not be limited to) the following :

Diary management across multiple time zones,

Inbox management and prioritisation,

Travel coordination - predominantly the United States, Europe, and China.

Reviewing documents,

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders,

Working alongside the wider internal EA network.What you'll need to succeed

Prior experience as an Executive Assistant within the private sector is a necessity.
