Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner (PBS Practitioner)

Location : Field-Based (Various Locations in and around Essex - Based in Clacton-on-Sea)

Salary : £29,500

Job Type : Full-time

The Role

We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Positive Behaviour Support

Practitioner to join our growing team. In this role, you will :

  • Conduct descriptive functional assessments and develop behaviour support plans.
  • Work alongside individuals, families, and staff to implement effective PBS

interventions.

  • Mentor and coach support teams to deliver proactive, consistent care.
  • Analyse behavioural data to evaluate progress and improve outcomes.
  • Help reduce restrictive practices in line with Restraint Reduction Network (RRN)

    • principles.

  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary professionals including psychologists, therapists,

    • and social workers.
