We’re looking to hire a General Manager – Crew System Solutions to join our Operations Systems Solutions Team .
Reporting to the Head of Operations Systems Solutions , the General Manager – Crew System Solutions is responsible for the reliable provision, proactive management, and constant evolution of the operationally-critical system solutions used for; Crew Establishment Planning, Crew Planning, Crew Training, Crew Tracking, Crew Travel, Crew Engagement, Crew Pay , and much more.
This pivotal role oversees the delivery and optimisation of complex system solutions to support operational teams across the business, ensuring efficiency through automation, seamless configuration, data integration and user workflows.
The General Manager – Crew Systems Solutions will lead a team of System Managers, Supervisors and Specialists, manage third-party vendors, and ensure all service levels are met while continuously adapting systems to evolving business needs. They will also drive strategic enhancements through well-evidenced business cases and expertly delivered implementation projects—ensuring innovation without disrupting operations.
