What You'll Be Doing :

• Running the show (with your GM by your side) : You'll take the reins when needed, leading brilliant shifts, making smart calls on the fly, and making sure operations are tight from open to close.
• Leading the team : You'll coach, support, and hype your crew to deliver standout service and smash guest expectations every time.
• Creating Revs Moments : You'll inspire your team to seek opportunities for those unexpected touches that make nights legendary.
• Handling business like a boss : From P&L and rotas to compliance and stock-you get the numbers and know how to use them to boost performance.
