Overview
Keyholder Sales, PT (8 Hours) - The Boulevard at Under Armour. This role supports store leadership, oversees sales and customer service, coaches teammates, and assists with daily store operations as needed. This is a great first-time leadership role for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Back up the store leadership team by overseeing sales and customer service
- Coach, train, and support teammates
- Lead store operations in the absence of the Assistant Store Manager, including opening and closing
- Provide information on technical product portfolio and assist athletes with requests
- Support training to establish a service / selling culture unique to Under Armour
- Drive sales and KPI target achievement as part of the store leadership team
- Maintain store standards : cleanliness, stock, safety, loss prevention, and compliance
Qualifications
1 year experience in a retail environmentPassion for performance-driven brandOutgoing personality with excellent communicationFluency in local language and / or EnglishAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible scheduleBasic people management skillsProficient with computers / technologyPerks & Benefits
