Freelance Technical Services Manager - CAT B Fit Out, Zone 1

We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to oversee a full CAT B commercial fit out project in Central London (Zone 1).

Freelance opportunityResponsibilities :

Manage all M&E aspects of the project, ensuring compliance with programme, budget, and quality standards.

Oversee subcontractors and coordinate technical services with the wider site team.

Review drawings, technical submissions, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Liaise with the client, consultants, and project stakeholders to resolve any technical queries.

Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained across all services-related activities.Requirements :

Proven track record as a Technical Services Manager within CAT B commercial fit out projects.

Strong understanding of M&E systems, design, and installation processes.

Ability to work effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Availability to commit for the full project duration.Start date : Immediate / short notice availability preferred.
