I'm working with an established market leading Managed Services Provider (MSP) looking to hire an experienced Technical Services Manager to support their existing team and client base.

A privately owned business, established over 20 years ago and a leader covering the hospitality field, with a headcount across the business of almost 100.

This role is looking for a Technical Services Manager with a background in the technical industry so they understand the way everything works internally. You will be in charge for overseeing large teams, each with managers below running the day to day teams, such as UK Support Manager will run the Support team on a day to day basis, but you will be in charge of the overall remit.

Another key part of the role will involve meeting up with customers, growing the relationship, checking they're satisfied with the service, alongside assessing if they could benefit from any additional services provided.

The role will operate on a remote basis, with travel to customers sites throughout London on a regular basis, to which travel will be covered by the business.
