Our client is hiring a Business Development Manager to join their growing sales team. This is a hybrid role — mainly home-based, with some face-to-face meetings when it’s directly linked to winning or protecting business. The mission : find, sign, and activate new business quickly and effectively.
What you’ll do :
- Prospect and onboard new business in their region.
- Use our Installer Direct platform to run onboarding, training, and account setup remotely.
- Be confident in face-to-face meetings when closing high-value deals or supporting complex installs.
- Travel with purpose only — no wasted trips.
- Collaborate with office-based colleagues to hand over leads and maximise opportunities.
What success looks like :
Regularly onboarding new business each month.Smooth digital onboarding leading to fast first orders.Strong revenue growth from new accounts in their first 90 days.High ratio of digital / remote activity vs travel.What we’re looking for :
