Domiciliary Registered Manager

We currently have immediate shifts available in Romford (RM11) and are looking for experienced and dedicated DomiciliaryRegistered Manager to join our team on a consistent basis.

Hours : 45 hours a week

Shift Patterns : Morning shifts

Full UK driving licence - Not Complusary

Car - Not Complusary

Experience - minimum of 6 months

Trainings - Mandatory / NVQ 5

DBS - Update service

To be eligible, you must have :

A DBS registered on the Update Service

A minimum of 6 months' experience in the UK care sector

• NVQ Level 5

Roles & Responsibilities :

To provide leadership to the administration, care and nursing staff and people management functions of the home care

To carryout, and provide leadership in marketing the service and selling its services at the agreed prices

To maintain the operations of the home care at the standard agreed with the Registered Provider, within the financial budget or other parameters set by the Provider

Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals theysupport
