Overview
Registered Manager (Domiciliary Care) – Competitive Salary DOE. Excellent career progression. The role is to manage a soon-to-open branch covering Manchester or Northampton, within the Domiciliary Care market. You will be a motivated leader with experience in domiciliary care, responsible for developing a new start-up branch and applying your own stamp on its growth.
Our client has been established for 25 years and is regarded as a market leader in care services. They value person-centred care, and expect Care Managers to share our brand core values. You will be the Registered Manager with significant input into the branch’s success.
Responsibilities
- Develop, lead, and grow the branch, including establishing new business opportunities and delivering exceptional service to the client base.
- Ensure full responsibility for CQC compliance and service excellence; monitor and maintain service standards.
- Drive sales and meet KPIs / targets within the domiciliary care sector, including building new business relationships and maintaining existing ones.
- Act as a relationship builder with clients and stakeholders; drive the branch’s growth strategy and service delivery.
- Lead and develop the team, providing training and ensuring staff are supported with appropriate development opportunities.
- Operate as a car driver and contribute to branch operations focusing on care at home and social support, with openness to explore other care areas.
Qualifications & Skills
Extensive experience providing care to clients within a domiciliary setting.Strong knowledge of processes involved in CQC compliance and monitoring of service standards.Excellent compliance history with proven ability to implement strategies resulting in GOOD (or better) inspection ratings.Strong leadership and people-management skills; ability to develop and train teams effectively.Excellent business and interpersonal skills; able to work well under pressure and achieve KPIs / targets within tight deadlines.Caring, empathetic approach with the ability to develop person-centred care plans tailored to individual needs.Commitment to a client-focused approach and high service standards.If you can demonstrate the skills and knowledge, we welcome your application.
