Court of Protection Solicitor - Up to £50,000 salary - Manchester

This leading Legal 500 law firm offers specialist legal advice to Court of Protection clients.

As part of the department’s continued growth and development, they are now seeking a talented and committed Solicitor to become an integral member of their highly regarded team.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of Court of Protection matters, working closely with clients, their families, professional support networks and financial advisors to ensure the highest standards of service and legal care. The Candidate

• Court of Protection Solicitor with 0-4 year of post-qualification experience
• Private Client or Personal Injury experience would be advantageous
• Highly Ambitious and driven, with a proven record of technical knowledge
• Proven ability to navigate complex legal matters and manage high-value cases
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to show business development
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Exceptional client care skills
• Experience gained in a high street or regional firm
