Overview

Court of Protection Solicitor, NQ : 3 years' PQE, Manchester, Up to c GBP 50,000 (DOE). This leading specialist law firm is enjoying continued success and growth within the Court of Protection sector. Job ref : 1071.

Responsibilities

  • Manage your own caseload, focusing on Expert Witness and Deputyship work.
  • Advise clients, families, support teams and external solicitors on a wide range of legal matters.
  • Handle applications to the Court of Protection.
  • Support senior colleagues on complex and high-value cases.

Qualifications

  • Up to 3 years' PQE with experience in Court of Protection work.
  • Strong knowledge of funding options and welfare issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
