As a new Paid Media Specialist , you’ll play a key role in driving that growth forward.

You’ll sit within a high-performing, collaborative marketing function, working closely with creative and content teams, and reporting into the Marketing Manager. You’ll take ownership of paid media strategy and execution across multiple brands, making this an ideal role for someone who’s worked in a busy agency environment and wants to bring that experience in-house.

What You’ll Be Doing :

Planning and delivering paid media strategies that drive ROI
Owning performance analysis, reporting, and optimisation
Managing budgets, allocating spend, and driving efficiencies
Collaborating with the wider marketing team to align messaging and creative
Staying on top of digital ad trends and emerging tech

What We’re Looking For :

2+ years’ experience managing paid campaigns (agency background a big plus)

Deep knowledge of Google Search and LinkedIn Ads

EMEA and America experience

Professional or Financial Services exposure

Comfortable working across multiple brands or projects

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy

Clear communicator with great attention to detail

Google Ads certified (or working towards it)
