Deputy Manager – (Complex Mental Health Service)

📍 Location : North Birmingham

💷 Salary : Up to £15 per hour (depending on experience)

🕗 Shifts : 12 hours (08 : 00–20 : 00) with 1 hour unpaid break

📅 Rota : 4 days one week, 3 days the next (alternate weekends)

The Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Deputy Manager to join our dedicated team. Working alongside another Deputy Manager, you will ensure strong leadership and consistent 7-day management cover. This is a hands-on, dynamic position that requires resilience, adaptability, and a strong organisational mindset.

As Deputy Manager, you will :

Lead by example to support, motivate and guide staff.

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the home.

Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Uphold the highest standards of care, safety and compliance.

Work collaboratively with the Registered Manager and wider team to deliver positive outcomes for residents.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is :

✅ Confident in decision-making and problem-solving.
