As a Deputy Manager, you will have a hands-on approach in shaping the home and team to provide outstanding care.

You will encourage strong bonds between children and staff based on jointly undertaken activities, shared daily life, domestic and non-domestic routines, and established boundaries. By role modelling our culture and ethos, you will use this approach to lead, manage and motivate your team and drive them to deliver a quality service for the children we support.

The location for this position is Brown Edge, Stoke-On-Trent. You will work 37.5 hours per week, with a working pattern of 9 : 00am – 5 : 00pm, Monday to Friday, however, flexibility is required to cover shifts as needed including weekends. The salary is £40,753.65 per annum.
