Pipefitter – Modular Plant Room Installation (HVAC Systems)

Location : Oakham Barracks, Rutland

Rate : Competitive + overtime

Contract : Initial project with potential ongoing work on follow-on sites

We are a global leader in modular plant room and HVAC solutions. We’re seeking experienced Pipefitters for work at Oakham Barracks, installing prefabricated modular plant rooms and associated building services systems. For the right person, there is potential for ongoing work on follow-on projects.

The Role

Installing prefabricated modular plant rooms on site.
Connecting and fitting pipework for heating, chilled water, domestic services, and other mechanical systems.
Reading and working from drawings, isometrics, and P&IDs.
Carrying out pipework cutting, jointing, and installation (grooved, screwed, welded, and press-fit).
Maintaining the highest standards of safety on a live military construction site.

About You

Time-served or qualified Pipefitter with proven site experience.

Strong knowledge of HVAC / building services pipework.

Valid CSCS card essential (IPAF, PASMA, or SSSTS desirable).

Able to interpret drawings and work independently or within a team.

Safety-conscious, reliable, and professional.
