We are looking for an experienced

Multi Trade Operative

to join a highly established contractor within the social housing sector, working around Portsmouth, Guildford and Southampton. This role is temporary, with the potential to go permanent.

Benefits of Multi Trade Operative :

£22 per hour - Temporary

£34,000 salary - Permanent- rising to £41,000 with overtime and call-outs

A van and fuel card, you'll get van from day one

The Multi Trade Operative will include :

Carpentry (e.g., skirting, door hanging, first / second fix joinery)

Plumbing tasks (tap replacements, minor pipework, radiators, bathrooms, wet rooms)

Plastering (patches, ceilings, walls)

Painting and decorating (touch-ups, larger jobs)

The successful Multi Trade Operative will have :

Social housing experience

Qualified plasterer or more than 5 years' experience
