Full job description

We are expanding our workforce and looking for experienced and versatile Multi-Trades Operatives to join our team.

The Role :

Were seeking reliable and adaptable operatives to deliver a variety of maintenance tasks in occupied and void properties. Youll work a flexible 5-day week that includes both Saturday and Sunday as standard working days, with two rest days during the week.

This pattern supports our 7-day service model and is ideal for those who prefer working weekends with quieter access or personal flexibility mid-week.

Key Responsibilities :

• Carry out a range of planned and reactive maintenance tasks across residential and commercial sites
• Deliver high-quality, right-first-time repairs across multiple trades, including :
• Kitchen and bathroom repairs
• Fixing leaks, taps, and minor plumbing issues
• Replacing door handles, locks, and window fittings
• Tiling, patch plastering, and general decorative works
• Attend appointments on time and maintain professional conduct in tenant-occupied homes
