Sales Support Manager

Hybrid role with 50% of your time in Newton Aycliffe.

This leadership role sits within the sales operations team of a major manufacturing business with customers throughout the UK. Your role will be to implement, drive and maximise the success of the companys sales support function.

Responsibilities will include :

• Coordinating sales support team tasks such as order processing, query resolution, and field sales support.
• Developing, implementing and improving sales support strategies.
• Supporting the Area Sales Managers to improve the customer experience.
• Weekly reporting to Head of Sales Operations on KPIs.
• Team welfare, recruitment, training and reviews.
• Escalation point for customer issues.
