Overview

Automotive Service Manager - Assistant / Entry Level at Midas in Margate, FL. This role is in a tire and related automotive parts and mechanical services retail store. It is a store manager developmental position with training and opportunities for internal promotion.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while listening to and consulting customers
• Follow up with customers on requested services, estimated completion times, and pricing
• Oversee complete vehicle inspections and make comprehensive recommendations; build computerized repair orders and source parts
• Present pricing estimates to customers and promote shop service specials
• Lead, manage, and train the team in alignment with the company\'s vision, purpose, core values, and employee creed
• Supervise up to ten employees
• Oversee technicians\' inspections, diagnosing, and repairing of domestic, European, and Asian cars and light trucks
• Maintain inventory counts
• Ensure overall cleanliness and organization of the facility
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Compensation : $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
