Salary : £28,000 basic + OTE £42,000+

We're looking for a motivated Sales Manager to join our growing team in Enfield. If you have sales experience in any sector – whether it's cars, furniture, phones, or design – we'll provide all the training you need to succeed in this creative and rewarding role.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Leading and supporting a team of designers to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Guiding customers through the process of creating their dream kitchen or bedroom, from initial consultation to completion.
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless design journey.
• Offering tailored advice on layouts, finishes, and functionality to meet customers' needs.
• Staying up to date with the latest trends and innovations in kitchen and bedroom design.
