Overview

Located in Horsham town, close to public transport links, but would prefer applicant to be a driver if possible.

Residential service with 5 PWS, some PWS with mobility needs, so hoisting required (to be happy to do this).

Full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, able to work fully flexibly across days, usually between 7am-9pm

FTE £26,500 per annum

Candidate Specification

Deputy manager experience not essential, but experience leading a team, and in the LD field required.

Ideal candidate is someone who can motivate a positive team culture and support the service. Manager whos experienced with rota planning, supervisions, probations, appointments with professionals etc.
