Days : Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)

Start Date : September 2025. Immediate for the right candidate.

Contract : Long-Term, Temp to Perm

Long Term Futures are working with an inclusive and welcoming primary school, who are seeking a passionate and dependable SEND Teaching Assistant to work with either KS1 or KS2. You'll be working alongside staff supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs. The focus for this role will be on 1 : 1 support.

Responsibilities

• You will support pupils with varied SEND needs including communication, cognition and sensory needs.
• You will work collaboratively with the lead teacher in the room to deliver tailored interventions.
• You will provide 1 : 1 and small group support, focusing on engagement and progress.
• You will foster a positive, nurturing learning space where pupils feel safe and supported.
• You will help manage transitions and daily routines effectively.
