Deputy home manager / clinical lead £34000

Our client is a 40 bed nursing home in Peterlee purpose built and registered for nursing.

As a Clinical Lead you will have responsibility for the clinical management of the home and for leading your team of Nurses and Care Assistants to ensure we deliver excellent standards of care. Supporting the Home Manager, you will be passionate about patient safety, clinical excellence and person-centred care.A positive role model, you will need to ensure your presence is visible within the community of the home, working as part of our dedicated multidisciplinary team to meet the individual nursing and residential care needs of our residents.We would like to hear from existing deputy managers or nurse looking for their first deputy post.What we’d like from you :
