We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established care provider with over 20 years’ experience delivering high-quality home care across the North of England. Following the award of a brand-new package in Redcar, they are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead the service and build a strong local team.

The Role :

• Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service
• Deliver safe, person-centred care that promotes independence and dignity
• Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of carers
• Manage staffing, compliance, and operational performance
• Oversee scheduling and continuity of care
• Build strong relationships with commissioners, families, and stakeholders
• Ensure full CQC compliance and drive continuous improvement
