Your Role as a Housekeeper

As a Housekeeper at Burscough Manor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our residents. Your responsibilities will include :

• Creating a Welcoming Environment : Ensuring all areas of the home, including communal spaces, residents’ rooms, and facilities, are immaculately clean and beautifully presented.
• Maintaining Hygiene Standards : Adhering to strict cleaning schedules to uphold effective infection control and meet regulatory standards.
• Supporting Laundry Services : Assisting with laundering and returning residents’ clothing and linens to a high standard of care, preserving their personal preferences and dignity.
• Flexibility Across Departments : Working collaboratively within the domestic and laundry teams, ensuring seamless service delivery across the home.
