Trade Compliance Manager

Copello is working with a defence client seeking an International Trade Compliance Manager to lead and develop the ITC function, ensuring compliance with UK, EU, and US (EAR / ITAR) export regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and develop the ITC team, promoting accountability and ownership.
• Oversee export / import licensing and authorisations.
• Provide expert guidance on UKML, Dual-Use, ITAR, EAR, and related regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation of ITC processes.
• Advise leadership on authorisation strategies and compliance risk.
• Collaborate with key internal stakeholders across departments.
