• Oversee the day-to-day management of shifts.
• Maintain high standards of nursing care.
• Provide clinical advice and support to the team.
• Assist in the assessment and implementation of patient care plans.
• Supervise and support staff nurses.
• Take charge of the ward in the absence of the Ward Manager.
• Participate fully in direct patient care.
