Pay : £103 / day | Hours : Mon-Fri, 8 : 30am-4 : 00pm | Start : ASAP

Contract : Long-term with potential to become permanent

We are currently recruiting for a Residential Support Worker to join a specialist SEND school in Lincoln (LN6). This is a rewarding, long-term opportunity supporting children aged 6-16 with severe Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), many of whom are non-verbal and have experienced trauma.

Role Details :

• Supporting students with complex needs including ASD, communication difficulties, and emotional challenges
• Working closely with teachers and therapists to implement care and education plans
• No night shifts - hours are 8 : 30 AM to 4 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday
• Daily rate : £103, paid weekly
