Senior Support Worker – Children’s Residential Home (Tuxford, Nottinghamshire)

• Start Date : ASAP
• Salary : £14.00 p / h - £14.50 (depending on experience and qualification) + £70 per sleep
• Contract : Full time
• 2 week rolling rota
• Working Hours Week 1 : 2 shifts - 8am-11pm + sleep (23 : 00 – 07 : 00) + 7am-11pm + sleep
• Working Hours Week 2 : 3 shifts - 8am-11pm + sleep (23 : 00 – 07 : 00) + 7am-11pm + sleep + 1 more 7 / 8am-11pm + sleep either connected or separate from the other two shifts.

Children’s Residential Senior Support Worker – Nottinghamshire NG22

The client is a small, family-owned residential care provider based in Nottinghamshire, operating nine children’s homes. Recently rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted, the client offers a nurturing and therapeutic environment for children aged 5–17 with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).

We are currently seeking a Senior Support Worker to join dedicated team at an established home where 4 children reside. We’re looking for an individual who can act as a therapeutic parent—providing high levels of care, support, and stability to help children achieve outstanding outcomes.
