The role
Our Line Chefs are responsible for producing all menu items in an efficient and consistent manner. This role reports directly to the Kitchen Manager and is part of a team based from our attractive hotel in NR6 6JA
Line Chef duties include:
Beyond that, you'll represent our company values and culture, ensuring that service excellence remains our top priority.
Other businesses may call this role Prep Cook, Line Cook, Commis Chef / Chef de Partie.

What you’ll bring to the team
An ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures. Demonstrable cooking experience including experience as a Line Chef, Restaurant Cook or Prep Cook. Familiarity with industry best practices and Basic Food Safety are essential.
