Our client is a reputable and growing main contractor with a strong presence in the social housing sector, delivering essential fire stopping and fire protection works across occupied and void properties. With an unwavering commitment to compliance, safety, and quality, they are looking to strengthen their operational team with the addition of a dedicated Contracts Manager.

The Role :

As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple fire protection projects from pre-construction through to handover. You’ll ensure compliance with current fire safety regulations, manage operational delivery, and maintain excellent relationships with clients, residents, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage fire stopping and passive fire protection projects within occupied and void social housing properties.
• Lead project delivery teams, including supervisors and subcontractors, ensuring high standards of workmanship and safety.
• Ensure all works are completed in line with FIRAS / third-party accreditation standards and Building Regulations.
• Work closely with clients, housing associations, and local authorities to meet delivery expectations and KPIs.
