What Youll Be Doing

As Contracts Manager, youll be the linchpin between clients, site teams, and commercial stakeholders. Youll oversee the full lifecycle of fire door installation projectsfrom contract negotiation and financial oversight to operational delivery and compliance.

Key responsibilities include :

• Leading project planning and execution
• Managing contracts, budgets, and procurement
• Ensuring Health & Safety and regulatory compliance
• Building and mentoring site teams
• Acting as the primary client contact
• Driving continuous improvement and risk mitigation
