We’re recruiting on behalf of a successful engineering business based in Rochdale who are expanding across all departments and seeking multiple Design Engineers to join their growing team.

This is a great opportunity to join a company with a fantastic order book, strong sales pipeline, and a track record of year-on-year pay increases. Supplying process plants, systems and equipment to a global customer base, they deliver bespoke engineered solutions and are now looking to strengthen their design team.

The Role :

As a Design Engineer, you’ll be involved in the full lifecycle of projects from initial concept through to manufacture :

• Developing bespoke process solutions and modifications to existing equipment ranges
• Producing 3D Models, P&IDs, concept layouts, full assembly drawings and detailed manufacturing drawings
• Creating and managing Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Designing stainless steel fabrications, pipework, vessels, conveyors, mixing and transfer systems, and associated valving
• Working closely with other departments to ensure designs are accurate, efficient, and production-ready
